
Responsibilities:
- Successfully formulate & implement HR policies to achieve continual improvement in HR drives
- Personnel Management & Administration
- Statutory Compliances under various Law
- Handle the recruitments of plant level positions
- Administration control i.e. Security, Transport, Guest House, Housekeeping and internal administrative areas etc.
- Personnel Records.
- Managing/handling Contractors & Contractual Labor.
- Ensuring all activities related to employees life cycle.
- MIS: Presentation of accurate information to the management
Education & Experience:
- Expert in labour laws and compliance
- Should have handled factory operations at a Unit level
- Should have experience in managing contract labours
- Very good in cost management and analytics
- Should be well versed with automation and new HR practices in Manufacturing Plants
