We are currently partnering with one of India's leading manufacturing organizations on a confidential search for a Team Lead HR Business Partner (DGM) to join a high-growth manufacturing business.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner to work closely with plant leadership and drive strategic HR initiatives across talent, organization effectiveness, employee engagement, and business partnering.

Key Requirements:

- 10-15 years of HR experience, with significant HRBP exposure in manufacturing organizations.

- Experience in chemicals or process manufacturing will be preferred.

- Strong expertise in workforce planning, organization design, performance management, talent management and employee relations.

- Exposure to change management, organization effectiveness and HR analytics.

- Full-time MBA/PGDM in Human Resources from a reputed institute (mandatory).

- Experience in greenfield or commissioning projects will be an added advantage.
