Job Title: Site Head - Sales & Marketing
Location: Panvel / Navi Mumbai
Experience: 10+ Years

Role Overview:
The Site Head will be responsible for driving end-to-end sales and marketing operations for residential projects in Panvel/Navi Mumbai. The role demands strong leadership in managing sales teams, channel partners, customer relationships, and on-ground marketing initiatives to ensure high sales velocity and brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership:
- Lead, motivate, and manage the on-site sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Drive revenue generation through direct and channel partner sales.
- Oversee end-to-end sales processes - from lead generation to booking and handover.
- Ensure excellent customer experience during site visits, negotiations, and closures.
- Monitor sales funnel metrics and conversion ratios to identify areas for improvement.
Marketing & Business Development:
- Coordinate with the corporate marketing team to plan and execute project-level marketing campaigns (digital, outdoor, print, events).
- Conceptualize and implement local area marketing initiatives to drive footfalls.
- Manage broker engagement programs, channel partner meets, and incentive schemes.
- Conduct market analysis to track competitor pricing, positioning, and new launches.
Operational & Strategic Management:
- Act as the single point of accountability for project sales performance and brand image at the site.
- Collaborate with CRM, finance, and construction teams for smooth customer communication and issue resolution.
- Prepare and present periodic sales performance reports to senior management.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance norms, and ethical business practices.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 10-15 years of core real estate sales & marketing experience.
- Proven success in handling large-scale residential projects (preferably over 1 million sq. ft.) in the Navi Mumbai/Panvel market.
- Strong network with channel partners, IPCs, and local brokers.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Result-oriented with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and tight timelines.
