
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Talent Acquisition leader to drive end-to-end recruitment for a growing, business-focused organization. This role requires a seasoned TA specialist who can build talent strategies, lead a recruitment team, provide market intelligence, and partner closely with business leaders to attract high-quality talent.
The ideal candidate is a specialist in Talent Acquisition with strong leadership capabilities, expertise in talent mapping, and the ability to translate business needs into effective hiring strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the organization's Talent Acquisition strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Lead end-to-end hiring across multiple functions and leadership levels.
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters, ensuring high performance and strong delivery.
- Build robust talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and market mapping.
- Conduct talent landscape analysis and provide actionable market intelligence, competitor insights, and hiring trends.
- Partner with business leaders to understand workforce planning and critical hiring requirements.
- Design innovative sourcing strategies for niche and leadership hiring.
- Drive recruitment process excellence, ensuring an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience.
- Monitor hiring metrics, recruitment analytics, and team performance to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Strengthen employer branding initiatives in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Build and maintain relationships with executive search firms, recruitment partners, and industry networks.
- Continuously improve recruitment processes, systems, and best practices.
Candidate Profile
- 12-15 years of overall Talent Acquisition experience.
- Proven experience leading Talent Acquisition as a specialist rather than a broader HR generalist.
- Strong experience managing recruitment teams and driving hiring strategy.
- Expertise in talent mapping, competitor analysis, market intelligence, and workforce planning.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and act as a strategic hiring partner.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills with the ability to present recruitment insights.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Experience hiring across technical, engineering, manufacturing, infrastructure, energy, industrial, or other allied sectors is preferred.
- Exposure to leadership hiring and niche talent acquisition is highly desirable.
