Role Overview:

The DGM/GM - Sales is a senior leadership role responsible for overall sales strategy, revenue growth, and team performance across multiple residential projects or regions. The role requires a strategic mindset, strong industry relationships, and the ability to drive large-scale sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with organizational objectives.

- Lead and mentor a team of AGMs/Senior Managers to achieve high performance.

- Manage key channel partners and broker networks to drive consistent sales growth.

- Oversee sales forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting to senior leadership.

- Plan and execute high-impact marketing campaigns, property launches, and events in collaboration with marketing teams.

- Identify market opportunities, monitor competitor activity, and recommend actionable strategies.

- Handle high-value client interactions and negotiations to close premium/luxury deals.

- Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to corporate governance policies in all sales activities.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or relevant field.

- 13-17 years of real estate sales experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.

- Strong strategic thinking, team leadership, and negotiation skills.

- Proven experience in premium or luxury residential sales.

- Ability to handle multiple projects, teams, and high-pressure sales targets.
