Hiring a DGM/GM Procurement for a Mission Critical Project
Location - Mumbai or Gurgaon
Skills/Exp/Qualifications
1. Must have: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering / Supply Chain / Commerce / Business Administration.
2. Preferred: MBA or Postgraduate Diploma in Supply Chain Management or Operations.
3. 12-18 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management for Infrastructure or Industrial or data centers projects.
4. Proven track record in managing high-value contracts and multi-disciplinary procurement packages.
5. Experience in handling procurement for large civil core & shell procurement packages (400-500 Cr range). Additional Exp in Electrical (HT/LT systems), Mechanical (HVAC, Chillers), Civil, and ELV systems is a plus but not essential.
6. Strong exposure to contract structuring, rate analysis and break-even costing
7. Deep understanding of materials such as cement, steel, precast, concrete, reinforcement, aggregates and civil labour contracting
8. Experience of closing high-value civil contracts with major EPC players, handling commercial risks, vendor claims and contractual nuances
9. Strong understanding of vendor markets, cost structures, and sourcing strategies for domestic and international suppliers.
10. Exposure to project-based procurement, logistics coordination, and customs/commercial compliance.
11. Proficiency in ERP systems, procurement dashboards, and analytical reporting tools
