Principal Purpose of the Job
Establish and sustain CEO/CXO/MD level relationships, align, influence solutions and synchronize business requirements, managing customers expectations and being the custodian of the customer within. Hierarchy to drive business objectives. Being responsible to establish as the most preferred partner status of the customer.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide inputs for implementation oat Corporate level and Formulate account strategy for delivering highest revenue market share
- Build & maintain relationship with the key decision makers in the allocated accounts
- Maintain and nurture relationship with internal teams to ensure delivery/operational support
- Negotiate and close-on the opportunities with the help of Senior Management
- To ensure that account receivable objectives are met
- Keep a track of the clients business initiatives and future plans and analyze its impact on the business
- Ensure Customer satisfaction by relationship building and coordination between Corporate and circles.
- Align, Map, Synchronize the new tower requirements of customers, having their own diverse predefined priorities
- Achievement of Market Share (Incremental), Sales, Revenue and Collections as per pre-defined and agreed targets
- Play a lead role in dispute resolution
- Identify the opportunities & provide inputs to enhance revenue from new business opportunities (Small Cells, Advertisement, EV Charging, Fibre Business,solar etc.) /special projects like Smart Cities, Private Townships Etc. or through existing Infrastructure
- Analyse the market intelligence data including environmental, customer & market information and initiatives and pre-empt its impact on the business
- Facilitate the identification & development of strategic alliances with synergistic partners to serve the clients better for mutual benefit
- Identifying opportunity areas for the customer to participate in our new opportunity/project investments
- Large Database Analysis and draw relevant insights to help business grow
- Devising Strategies for respective accounts
- Publish Customer Governance Scorecard on basis of defined parameters
- Consistent & regular customer workshop to provide understanding on Indus system, new product awareness etc for correct entry.
- Ensure Compliances (Audit, IFC, Branding) and manage Externalities
- Ensure Audit compliances and IFC control
- Report and take corrective action for any branding guideline violations, both internally and externally
