- Demonstrated expertise in managing complex GST and Customs litigation, with a proven ability to interpret and apply evolving tax laws to manufacturing business models.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex regulatory jargon into actionable insights for non-finance leadership teams.

- Professional qualification as a Chartered Accountant (CA) or an MBA from a premier institute, reflecting a strong foundation in corporate finance and taxation.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, on-site manufacturing environment, demonstrating agility in responding to the dynamic regulatory shifts inherent in the EV sector.
- Proven track record of leading high-performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability, and maintaining clear communication across cross-functional departments.
