Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead Manpower Planning & Budgeting across 4-5 manufacturing units.
- Manage workforce (on-roll & contractual) effectively.
- Oversee Recruitment & Selection for critical roles.
- Drive Performance & Productivity Management initiatives.
- Implement 5S, Kaizen & DOJO Training & Audits.
- Design and manage Compensation & Benefits strategy.
- Strengthen Employee Engagement & Relations programs.
- Handle Plant Administration activities across units.
- Drive HR Automation, HR MIS & Dashboard reporting.
- Lead New HR initiatives & execution to support business growth.
