DGM / GM - Digital Transformation Lead

Experience: Min. 10 to 15 Years in Digital Transformation across Manufacturing Excellence, Production & Quality (Pharma API & Biotech exposure mandatory; OSD experience an added advantage)

Qualification: BE / B.Tech (Instrumentation)

Preferred Industry: Pharma (API & Biotech)

Travel: Frequent travel to plants in Aurangabad, Ankleshwar, Baddi (India) & UK

Skills Set:

- Strong expertise in DCS Systems, PLC, SCADA, OPC, Historian, Cloud Technology & Analytics.

- Mandatory knowledge of 21 CFR Part 11 compliance.

- Proven track record in digital transformation within Pharma API & Biotech (OSD exposure advantageous).

- Ability to align cross-functional teams to transformation goals.

- Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability.

Role Purpose: Lead enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives in manufacturing and quality functions, delivering $200-300M annual EBITDA impact through advanced automation, compliance, and technology adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive digital transformation programs across production and quality operations.

- Define and execute digital strategy with focus on manufacturing excellence and compliance.

- Champion hyper-automation, process digitization, and analytics integration.

- Ensure seamless deployment of DCS, PLC, SCADA, OPC, and cloud technologies.

- Embed 21 CFR Part 11 compliance across systems and workflows.

- Manage ecosystem partners and lead organizational change management.

- Provide digital advisory and governance for end-to-end transformation engagements.
