Role Overview:
The Corporate HR is responsible for developing and executing human resources strategies that align with the organization's business objectives. This leadership role involves overseeing talent acquisition, employee development, performance management, compensation, compliance, and fostering a positive organizational culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.
Talent Management: Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent development initiatives.
Employee Relations: Manage employee relations, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
Performance Management: Design and implement performance appraisal systems, providing feedback and development opportunities.
Compensation and Benefits: Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance.
HR Operations: Oversee HR administrative functions, including payroll, benefits, and compliance.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
Leadership and Team Management: Lead and develop the HR team, fostering a high-performing and supportive environment.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Monitor HR metrics, analyze trends, and report on key performance indicators to senior management.
Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including employees, managers, and vendors.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) programs.
- Coaching and mentoring senior and high-potential employees.
- Ensuring managers are equipped to handle workforce issues.
- Participating in executive, management, and company staff meetings.
