Role Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced leader to oversee end-to-end cold chain and 3PL operations across multiple locations in India. The role carries full P&L responsibility and involves managing cold storage facilities, reefer fleets, and third-party logistics contracts while ensuring operational excellence, cost efficiency, and client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will bring 15+ years of experience in cold chain logistics, warehousing, and 3PL operations, with demonstrated success in managing multi-site teams, client SLAs, and compliance frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead operations for cold storage, reefer transportation, and multi-client warehousing.

- Oversee 3PL logistics contracts, vendor relationships, and service delivery across diverse sectors (FMCG, Pharma, Food).

- Manage business profitability, cost control, and budget planning for all operational sites.

- Ensure FSSAI, ISO 22000, and food safety compliance across the network.

- Drive operational excellence through process standardization, KPI tracking, and continuous improvement.

- Plan and execute expansion projects including new warehouse setups and reefer fleet deployment.

- Build and lead a high-performing team across operations, quality, and logistics functions.

Qualifications

- Graduate / Postgraduate in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field

- Minimum 15 years experience in cold chain logistics and 3PL operations, with 58 years in leadership roles
