Deputy General Manager/General Manager - Accounts - CA

Native has been mandated to hire a DGM / GM - Accounts for a reputed, listed infrastructure platform based in Mumbai. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving consolidation, financial reporting, and audit governance across a pan-India portfolio of operational infrastructure assets structured under an InvIT model.

- Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the preparation of standalone and consolidated financials under Ind AS

- Ensure SOP adherence and financial reporting consistency across SPVs

- Drive statutory audit closure and maintain audit-ready documentation

- Monitor compliance with financial covenants under concession and loan agreements

- Report directly to the Finance Controller

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) with 8-12 years of experience in finance & accounts

- Strong expertise in Ind AS, consolidation, and statutory audit closure

- Exposure to SPV-heavy structures, InvITs, or asset-intensive businesses

- Hands-on experience in SOP implementation, compliance, and governance

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
