Job Profile:
- Investment Sourcing & Analysis: Identify, evaluate, and conduct due diligence on potential equity investment opportunities aligned with company strategy, including financial analysis, market research, and risk assessment.
- Fundraising & Compliance: Lead all equity fundraising activities, ensuring strict compliance with securities regulations and overseeing required legal documentation and filings.
- Investor Relations: Develop and maintain a robust network of institutional investors, private equity firms, and high-net-worth individuals; act as a key spokesperson for the company in financial markets.
- Financial Leadership: Manage financial planning for equity raises, including valuations, financial modeling, and scenario analysis to optimize shareholder value and financial structure.
- Execution & Negotiation: Prepare pitches, negotiate deal terms (valuation, ownership, governance, exit strategies), and coordinate the closing of transactions.
- Portfolio & Market Monitoring: Track performance of existing investments, monitor company equity market performance, and report key insights to senior management and the board.
- Cross-functional Alignment: Collaborate with finance, legal, marketing, and operations to ensure a cohesive equity raising strategy.
Qualification/ Knowledge / Skill / Abilities: MBA (Finance) OR CA with minimum 7 years of experience in equity raising strategies and knowledge of compliance with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and other regulatory bodies
