DGM FP&A, EMEA Region

Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced FP&A professional to lead financial planning and analysis for the EMEA region. The role will partner closely with regional and global stakeholders to drive business performance, financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, management reporting, and strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate should have strong core FP&A expertise, preferably gained within a manufacturing environment, along with meaningful exposure to managing or supporting businesses across the EMEA/AMEA region.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the FP&A function for the EMEA region, providing high-quality financial insights and business partnering support.

- Drive the annual budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning and financial modelling processes for the region.

- Prepare and analyse monthly/quarterly financial performance, including P&L, revenue, margins, Opex, working capital and cash flow.

- Partner with business and functional leaders to understand key performance drivers, identify risks and opportunities, and support corrective actions.

- Provide actionable insights on business performance, profitability, cost optimisation and operational efficiency.

- Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards and management reports for senior leadership and global stakeholders.

- Drive variance analysis against budget, forecast and prior-year performance, with clear articulation of key business drivers.

- Work closely with commercial, operations, supply chain and other cross-functional teams to support business decisions.

- Support strategic initiatives through scenario analysis, financial modelling and investment evaluation.

- Ensure alignment of regional financial planning and reporting with global finance processes and standards.

- Present financial insights and recommendations to senior management and regional/global leadership.

- Continuously identify opportunities to improve FP&A processes, reporting quality, automation and financial controls.

Candidate Profile:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) Mandatory.

- 6+ years of relevant post-qualification experience in FP&A, financial planning, business finance or related roles.

- Strong and demonstrable core FP&A expertise across budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, variance analysis and management reporting.

- Candidates with experience in the manufacturing sector will be preferred.

- International/global exposure is mandatory, with experience working with or supporting the EMEA/AMEA market.

- Strong understanding of P&L, working capital, cash flow, profitability and cost management.

- Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders and operate in a matrixed, multinational environment.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

- Ability to translate complex financial data into clear and actionable business insights.

- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting/analytics tools.

- Candidates currently based outside Mumbai but willing to relocate to Mumbai will also be considered.

Ideal Experience:

The ideal candidate would be a qualified CA with 6+ years of experience, having built a strong career in FP&A within a manufacturing or multinational environment, with hands-on exposure to EMEA/AMEA markets and the ability to partner with senior business and finance stakeholders globally.
