Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a finance team of roughly 15 professionals, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Oversee Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed-Asset Register (FAR), payroll accounting, general ledger (GL), and ESOP accounting.
- Ensure compliance with IND AS and other relevant accounting standards.
- Drive ongoing process enhancements and strengthen internal control frameworks.
- Implement systematic ledger scrutiny and enforce robust ERP controls.
- Lead timely month-end close activities, delivering high-quality balance-sheet and P&L reviews.
- Collaborate with technology teams to guarantee accurate cost-center and project reporting.
- Serve as the primary contact for statutory auditors, proactively resolving queries.
- Manage intercompany transactions and ensure accurate eliminations.
Required Skills
- Deep proficiency with a leading ERP (Oracle preferred).
- Strong stakeholder-management capabilities and cross-functional collaboration.
- Proven leadership and people-management skills.
Experience & Qualifications
- Chartered Accountant (CA) with 8-12 years of post-qualification experience.
- Background in e-commerce, logistics, or other high-volume transaction environments is highly desirable.
