Deputy General Manager - Finance & Accounts - Real Estate

Role Overview:

We are seeking a hands-on Chartered Accountant to manage accounting, taxation, statutory compliance, audits, financial reporting, and internal controls, while supporting financial planning and project-level finance functions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage accounting, book closure, ledger scrutiny, and financial reporting as per Ind AS/IGAAP.

- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements.

- Coordinate statutory/internal audits, tax assessments, and finalization of accounts.

- Supervise the Accounts team and strengthen SOPs, internal controls, and processes.

- Support budgeting, cash flow forecasting, MIS, and financial planning.

- Manage RERA compliance, project-wise costing, fund utilization, and profitability analysis.

- Monitor customer collections, vendor payments, land advances, development rights, and project cost capitalization.

- Ensure proper inter-company and inter-project reconciliations.

- Strong working knowledge of Tally ERP, SAP, or other accounting/ERP systems.
