Deputy General Manager - Finance & Accounts - Manufacturing - CA

Key Responsibilities :

1). Oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the organization, including accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, tax, treasury, financial and management accounting, etc.

2). Analyses revenue, expenses, cash flows, and balance sheets.

3). Analyse costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results, and the company's actual performance compared to the business plans.

4). Oversee the financial health of the organization.

5). Forecasting financial results

6). Preparation of annual budgets and time to time budget forecast

7). Recommending cost reduction strategies

8). Maintain an accurate filing and record keeping system for all financial statements and company documents per compliance requirement.

9). Assists management to make financial decisions.

10). Monitors financial details to ensure legal compliance.

11). Statutory and Compliance returns and documentation.

12). Inter-department co-ordination to complete the tasks in time.

13). Monthly and Yearly closing MIS reports.

14). Close coordination with auditors to ensure timely completion of statutory audit, internal audit, cost audit, etc.

Key Skills, Experience & Qualifications :

- Qualified CA with at least 15+ years of experience from a manufacturing space.

- Strong technical expertise in financial management and reporting.

- Proven experience in the engineering industry or manufacturing sector.

- Proficiency in financial software and tools.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial documentation.

- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

- Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance standards
