Deputy General Manager - Finance & Accounts - CA

Key Responsibilities:

- Reporting to VP Ops.

- Preparation and consolidation of P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and Cost Sheet.

- Corporate finance, fund management, debt, taxation, and statutory compliances (Income Tax, GST).

- Cash flow planning, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and inventory control.

- Liaison with banks, financial institutions, internal and external stakeholders.

- Oversee branch audits, factory operations, and financial health of the organization.

- Mentor and guide finance team across branches and manufacturing units.

Profile Requirements:

- Chartered Accountant.

- 15-20 years experience with at least 7-8 years in manufacturing companies with PAN India operations.

- Strong exposure to branch/dealer distributor network, factory reviews, and audits.

- Willingness to travel outside Delhi for operational reviews.

- Preference for candidates from manufacturing industry (not FMCG).
