Deputy General Manager - Finance & Accounts

Responsible for Finance and Accounting

- Supervise day-to-day accounting including AP, AR, Treasury, Banking, Expense Booking, Inport/Export, Insurance, Month end and quarter end closing, IFRS account, periodic reconciliation of all Balance Sheet GL accounts, Fix Asset management

- Responsible for Audits - Statutory (IGAAP), Tax Audit, Transfer Pricing Audit, GST Audit, Cost Audit and Freudenberg Internal Audit.

- Responsible for reply to notices - Notices received from GST/IT/TDS departments, Transfer pricing related, Customers related and various Govt Authorities if any.

- Responsible for support to the Controlling team for monthly, quarterly & yearly reporting as per IFRS guidelines. Yearly Operative Planning support.

- Responsible for all activities in Fi module of SAP

Key Responsibilities:

- Accounting function, JVs and GL reconciliations, cost control, daily transactions verification.

- Supporting accounting aspect of AR, AP.

- Preparation of direct and indirect tax reports, filings, reconciliations, returns etc.

- Preparation of annexures, schedules, reports required for various financial, tax audits

- Supporting monthly, quarterly, annual group reporting

- Bank guarantees text verification & process to bank for issuance - control of bank guarantees, processing the guarantees within time limit.

- Checking of draft LC, submission of LC documents to bank after verifications of all received documents, controlling all LC documentation

- TDS payments, returns & queries resolution, issuance of tax certificates (form 16) salary and non-salary

- Salary processing - processing monthly salary at last day of month, sodexo processing

- Banking & Treasury - Monitoring daily Fund position, bank payments , coordination with bankers
