Deputy General Manager - Finance & Accounts

- Lead the preparation and finalization of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with [specify accounting standards, e.g., IND AS, IFRS].

- Ensure accurate and timely consolidation of financial data across all group entities.

- Conduct variance analysis and provide insights to optimize financial performance.

- Supervise the maintenance of general ledgers and ensure proper accounting of all transactions.

- Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support strategic planning.

- Monitor budget performance and analyze variances to provide actionable insights.

- Collaborate with department heads to align financial goals with organizational objectives.
