Role Overview:
The DGM Customer Marketing - eCommerce role is pivotal in driving P&L for overall Ecommerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive customer marketing strategies tailored for eCommerce channels, aligning with overall business objectives.
- Lead the execution of targeted marketing campaigns across various digital channels,
- Analyze customer data and market trends to identify key insights and opportunities for improving customer segmentation, targeting, and personalization.
- Optimize pricing strategies based on market analysis, competitive landscape, and customer demand to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement to senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including KAM,Brand Manager and Performance Analysis team .
- Manage the customer marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful customer marketing strategies within an eCommerce environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret customer data and market trends to identify key insights and opportunities.
- Proficiency in using marketing analytics tools to track and measure campaign performance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- A strong understanding of pricing strategies and their impact on customer behavior.
- MBA in marketing.
