Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives as a Deputy General Manager based in Gurugram. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for defining the strategic roadmap for our social impact programs, ensuring alignment with our organizational values and regulatory mandates. You will work closely with the executive leadership team, external NGO partners, and community stakeholders to design and execute high-impact projects that drive sustainable change. By bridging the gap between corporate resources and grassroots needs, you will play a critical role in enhancing our brand reputation and delivering measurable social outcomes that resonate with our stakeholders and the communities we serve.

Key Responsibilities:

- Formulate and implement comprehensive CSR strategies that align with the companys long-term vision and statutory compliance requirements to ensure ethical and impactful corporate citizenship.

- Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, including budgeting, vendor selection, and monitoring of NGO partners, to ensure resources are utilized efficiently and project milestones are achieved.

- Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with government bodies, non-profit organizations, and community leaders to foster collaborative efforts that address critical social issues.

- Oversee rigorous impact assessment and reporting frameworks to measure the effectiveness of social interventions and provide transparent updates to the board and internal stakeholders.

- Lead and mentor a dedicated team of CSR professionals, fostering a culture of empathy, innovation, and accountability to drive organizational social goals.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in designing and scaling large-scale social development programs with a deep understanding of the regulatory landscape governing CSR in India.

- Exceptional stakeholder management and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership and build consensus across diverse internal and external groups.

- Strong analytical capabilities to evaluate social impact data, manage complex budgets, and ensure compliance with legal and financial reporting standards.

- Proven ability to communicate complex social narratives effectively to both internal employees and external audiences, enhancing the organization's social footprint.

- A Masters degree in Social Work, Development Studies, or a related field from a premier institute is highly preferred, reflecting a strong academic foundation in social impact.

- High degree of adaptability to a fast-paced, on-site work environment in Gurugram, with the agility to manage field visits and corporate office responsibilities simultaneously.

- Candidates must possess 13 to 20 years of progressive experience in the CSR or social development sector, with a track record of leading high-impact initiatives.
