Key Responsibilities:
Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A):
- Provide analysis of financial performance, including variance analysis, and recommend corrective actions.
- Develop and present actionable financial insights to support key business decisions.
Business Partnering:
- Work alongside departmental heads to ensure financial alignment with business goals.
- Offer financial insights for business decisions, investments, and cost-saving opportunities.
- Serve as a trusted advisor by translating complex financial information into clear, concise business advice.
Management Reporting:
- Prepare and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to management, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
- Provide in-depth financial analysis and forecasting reports to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
Cost Management:
- Assist in cost management and efficiency improvements across the organization.
- Track and analyze expenses, ensuring adherence to budget and highlighting areas for potential savings.
Decision Support:
- Support the business in making data-driven decisions by offering financial perspectives.
- Evaluate the financial viability of business projects, product launches, and expansion opportunities.
Business Insights and Strategic Support:
- Collaborate on strategic initiatives, providing financial insights into new business opportunities.
- Identify financial risks and suggest mitigation strategies.
- Recommend business process improvements to enhance financial controls and operational efficiency.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Coordinate with external stakeholders, such as auditors and tax advisors, for necessary financial compliance and reporting.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience (8-10 years) in finance, accounting, or business partnering roles, preferably within a corporate or dynamic environment.
- Strong understanding of financial principles, business strategy, and financial modeling.
- Proficient in financial software, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence decision-making.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
