Deputy General Manager - Business Development - B2B Sales - Hunter Role
Role Overview:
Looking for an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to acquire new business and accelerate revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in services-led sales within the Retail/eCommerce domain and a proven ability to identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities. This role requires a strategic hunter mindset, strong client-facing skills, and the ability to build long-term partnerships in international markets.
KRA's:
1. Drive new business development for BPO Services in US and global markets.
2. Deliver impactful sales presentations to senior/director-level decision makers.
3. Map client requirements and propose tailored service solutions.
4. Build and maintain a robust pipeline to consistently meet / exceed sales targets.
Candidate profile:
- Graduate degree in any discipline.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Aggressive, target-driven and self-motivated.
- Strong presentation, communication and client engagement skills.
- Work Schedule: 5 days a week - WFO
- Shift Timing: US time zone; 9 hour shift; 3/4 PM onwards
- CTC budget: INR 38 - 43 LPA (inclusive of 25% variable pay; guaranteed pay every quarter)
Must Haves:
- Experience in BPO/ Retail OR eCommerce industry
- Experience in International Sales (specific to US and/or UK geography)
- Excellent communication (written & Verbal), presentation, and professionalism
- Demonstrated hunter mindset with success in new logo acquisition
Good-to-Have:
- Understanding of eCommerce, marketplaces, and digital operations
