Role - DGM- Brand Marketing

Location: Gurgaon

A well-established consumer-focused organization is hiring a Head of Brand Marketing to lead brand strategy and ATL communication across multiple product categories.

Role Overview

This role will act as the brand custodian, owning the brand vision, positioning, media strategy, creative execution, PR, and category narratives while ensuring alignment across digital and BTL teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and drive the long-term brand strategy and identity

- Lead ATL media planning & execution (TV, Print, Radio)

- Own media mix, GRPs, ROI, and performance metrics

- Manage creative and media agencies

- Develop category-level positioning and GTM strategies

- Oversee PR, corporate communication, and reputation management

- Collaborate with product, R&D, and manufacturing on packaging and design

- Own annual brand budgets and governance

Candidate Profile

- 15-18 years of experience in brand / marketing leadership roles

- Strong understanding of ATL media planning and brand metrics

- Experience in FMCG / Consumer Durables / Electronics preferred

- Agency leaders transitioning to client-side roles are welcome

- Strategic thinker with strong communication skills
