What You'll Do:
- Oversee Billing Operations: Lead and manage the end-to-end billing operations for real estate projects, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to company policies.
- Accurate Invoicing: Ensure the timely and accurate generation of invoices for all real estate transactions, including property sales, installments, maintenance charges, and other related services.
- Collections Management: Develop and implement effective strategies for collections management, striving to minimize outstanding dues and optimize cash flow.
- Financial Compliance: Maintain strict compliance with all relevant financial regulations, tax laws, and internal audit requirements pertinent to the real estate industry.
- Process Improvement: Continuously review and improve billing processes to enhance efficiency, reduce errors, and improve customer satisfaction.
- Team Leadership: Provide strong leadership, guidance, and training to the billing team, fostering a high-performance and collaborative environment.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with sales, finance, legal, and project teams to resolve billing discrepancies and streamline operations.
- Reporting & Analysis: Generate comprehensive reports on billing status, collections performance, and financial compliance, providing insights to senior management.
