Deputy General Manager/Assistant Vice President - Operations - eCommerce/Retail

About the Role:

Looking for an experienced Operations Leader to drive end-to-end operations across Fulfilment, Inventory, Logistics, Customer Service and Marketplace Operations, ensuring operational excellence, cost efficiency and scalable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive Operations strategy and process excellence

- Lead Fulfilment, Warehouse and Distribution operations

- Drive inventory productivity and optimization

- Manage logistics partners, delivery SLAs and reverse logistics

- Improve customer experience, CSAT and NPS

- Lead Marketplace and Vendor Operations

- Build and mentor high-performing teams

Requirements:

- 12+ years in Operations, Supply Chain or Logistics

- Strong E-commerce, Retail, D2C or Consumer experience

- End-to-end exposure across Fulfilment, Logistics and Inventory

- Experience managing 3PLs, vendors and large teams

- Strong cost optimization and operational excellence track record
