Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and present technical & commercial proposals for CBG projects.
- Create and execute marketing strategies to promote CBG offerings and identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, OMCs, and government stakeholders.
- Oversee equipment sizing, basic design calculations, and proposal costing.
- Drive tendering, negotiation, and contract finalization processes.
- Lead and mentor a sales/marketing team to achieve business objectives.
- Conduct regular client visits (existing & new) and support business expansion initiatives.
Key Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of the CBG / Renewable Energy industry.
- Strong techno-commercial and proposal management experience.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and client handling skills.
- Exposure to cost optimization, tendering, and contract negotiation.
