
We are looking for a high-impact After Sales Leader who can drive lifecycle services, enhance customer experience, and build a scalable service business across regions.
This is a strategic + execution role requiring strong ownership of service operations, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction in a high-growth environment.
Location: Noida
CTC: Up to - 50 LPA
Experience: 10-12 Years
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and scale After Sales / Lifecycle Services business (AMC, spares, warranty, support)
- Drive revenue, profitability & customer satisfaction (NPS)
- Build strong service processes, systems & governance frameworks
- Handle complex escalations & root cause resolution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Design, Production, Quality, Sales, Projects)
- Own customer contracts, renewals, and service delivery excellence
- Identify cost optimization & growth opportunities
- Build and lead high-performing service teams
- Work closely with global teams for seamless customer support
Ideal Candidate Profile
- B.Tech + MBA (Ops / Supply Chain) from Tier 1 institute
- 10-12 years experience in After Sales / Service / Operations / Supply Chain
- Strong exposure to Automation / Packaging / E-commerce ecosystem
- Hands-on experience in service strategy, contracts, spares & lifecycle management
- Strong analytical, stakeholder management & team leadership skills
- Experience with ERP (SAP preferred), PLM tools, ISO frameworks
