Job

Supervise the AR and Billing team to manage and streamline end-to-end receivables and billing operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in real estate billing cycles, customer collections, and financial documentation, along with excellent communication and leadership skills to guide a large team and collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage leasing and billing operations for all the projects in company.

- Manage Accounts Receivable, including tracking outstanding payments, meeting with clients, and ensuring timely collection.

- Coordinate closely with Leasing, Legal, Taxation and Operations teams.

- Capable of interacting confidently with senior management, including the CFO and Executive Director

- Monitored and controlled the sharing of data with foreign collaborators and other relevant stakeholders.

- Coordination with the auditors for facilitating Internal, Statutory Audit & Due Diligence

- Implement and improve AR and billing processes to enhance accuracy and efficiency.

- Prepare periodic MIS reports related to receivables, billing, collection and cash flows.

- Address customer billing queries professionally and ensure effective communication and resolution.

- Lead, guide, and mentor a team of 20+ members, including task allocation and performance monitoring.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements applicable to the company.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interaction and internal coordination.

- Proficiency with software SAP-REFX and MS Excel.

- Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
