Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced finance professional to oversee the finalization of books of accounts and manage indirect taxation matters. This role requires strong expertise in accounting, financial reporting, and statutory compliance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Accounting & Financial Reporting - Prepare and finalize financial statements as per IND AS and Indian GAAP. - Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. - Coordinate intercompany reconciliations. - Work closely with auditors (Statutory & Internal) for smooth and timely audit completion. - Ensure timely closure of monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts. - Oversee Income Tax, TDS filing, tax audits, and related compliance. - Implement best practices in accounting policies, internal controls, and financial reporting. 2. Indirect Taxation Compliance - Oversee GST compliance, filings, and reconciliations. - Ensure proper classification and treatment of input tax credits and GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9/9C). - Manage GST audits, litigations, and responses to tax authorities. - Stay updated on changes in indirect tax laws and ensure compliance. - Prepare MIS reports, debtors aging, and bank reconciliation statements. - Assist in budgeting, including CAPEX budgets and budgeted balance sheets. Required Skills & Qualifications: - CA qualification with 7-14 years of experience in a similar role in listed companies. - Strong knowledge of Direct & Indirect Taxation, IND AS, IGAAP, and SAP. - Proficiency in Advanced Excel. - Strong financial acumen, planning, and organizational skills.
