Deputy Chief Financial Officer
Location: Ahmedabad
Exp: 18-25 yrs
Age: 40-50 yrs
From pharmaceuticals company or any industry will do handling a turnover of 4000 cr
What the role will involve:
- Owning the entire finance function with direct reports in Accounts, Taxation, Operations Finance, Business Finance & IRM Finance Head
- Working closely with the senior leadership on financial strategy, planning and performance tracking
- Leading cash flow management and ensuring financial discipline across the organization
- Designing and executing financial re-structuring initiatives where required (debt re-structuring, cost rationalisation, working capital correction, etc.)
- Bringing sharper controls, MIS and reporting frameworks across the business
- Supporting business teams with financial insights and decision-making inputs
- Managing external stakeholders including auditors, regulators and financial partners
