Deputy Chief Financial Officer - Commercial Finance & FP&A - Manufacturing Sector

Description : A leading manufacturing organization is looking to hire a seasoned finance leader for the role of Deputy CFO - Commercial Finance & FP&A based out of Baroda.

Role Overview : The incumbent will drive financial planning, commercial finance strategy, business partnering, budgeting, profitability analysis, and leadership reporting while supporting the CFO in strategic decision-making and operational finance management.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead enterprise-wide FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes

- Drive commercial finance initiatives focused on profitability, pricing, cost optimization, and margin enhancement

- Partner with business and plant leadership teams to support strategic and operational decision-making

- Build robust MIS, dashboards, and financial insights for leadership reviews

- Support annual operating plans, variance analysis, working capital management, and performance tracking

- Drive financial controllership across manufacturing operations with strong focus on governance and process improvement

- Lead stakeholder management across business, operations, supply chain, and senior leadership teams

Preferred Candidate Profile :

- 17-25 years of experience in Commercial Finance / FP&A roles

- Strong experience in manufacturing, industrial, engineering, chemicals, or allied sectors preferred

- Proven exposure to business finance, plant finance, commercial finance, and strategic planning

- CA / MBA Finance from a reputed institute preferred

- Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and leadership capabilities
