Deputy CFO

The Deputy CFO is responsible for accomplishing the financial targets of the company (Domestic and overseas) by developing comprehensive financial strategy and planning, overseeing financial operations and compliance, driving efficiency and cost-optimization, managing risks, and steering capital management and investment in line with the organizations financial goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Oversee financial operations of overseas subsidiaries, ensuring alignment with corporate goals.

- Manage forex risks and develop strategies to mitigate currency exposure.

- Drive cost control measures and enhance operational efficiencies across all functions.

- Ensure effective working capital planning, optimizing liquidity for international and domestic needs.

- Collaborate with overseas teams to ensure compliance with local regulations and policies.

- Effective management of overseas subsidiaries' financial operations.

- Reduced forex risk and optimized foreign currency management.

- Improved cost efficiency and working capital turnover.

Qualification: CAs with relevant experience of 10 Years or more
