Roles & Responsibilities : - Developing high quality business strategies and plans ensuring their alignment with short-term and long-term objectives - Building and developing Oliva brand across the potential market - Set comprehensive goals for every department performance and their growth matrix. - Partner with leadership team of Oliva to grow and strengthen its network presence across India and ensure its sustainability. - Work closely with the Investors and Finance team to prepare annual budgets, complete risk analysis on potential investments, and advise the Board of Directors regarding investment risk and return. - Represent Oliva at important functions, industry events and public meetings, Doctors meet etc. - Ensure delivery of quality care to patients, development of new business, supervision. - Participate in expansion activities of Oliva like equity investments, acquisitions and corporate alliances etc. - Exhibiting leadership attributes while creating a positive and productive culture. - Setting the best standards for operational excellence. - Oversee the day-to-day operation of the company. - Work closely with the human resource department to ensure great hiring. - Promote company culture and vision Job Requirement : - MBBS degree with MBA from IIMs - Minimum 8-10 years professional experience in strategy, operations role. - Familiar with multicultural and international environments. - Perfect presentation and communication skills - Very strong analytical skills and proficiency with MS Excel - Knowledge of profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow management, and general finance and budgeting. - Ability to build consensus and relationships among executives, partners, and the workforce. - Proven negotiation skills. - Ability to understand new issues quickly and make wise decisions. - Ability to inspire confidence and create trust.
