Currently they are looking to recruit their COO based out of Hyderabad.   Job Description :   The COO would be responsible for :   Overall performance of the education business across key indicators including but not limited to the following :  - Financial Performance - Revenue, EBITDA, Collections and ROA Stakeholder Satisfaction - Employee Satisfaction, Parent and Student Satisfaction  - Learning Outcomes - Academic and Non-Academic Performance of the School  - Innovation and Social Responsibility. A detailed 5 year plan will be provided during the course of discussion with the candidate  - Developing a strategic roadmap of the Education Business in line with the vision and mission of the group and drive the execution of the strategic roadmap at corporate level, at each functional department level and at each campus level  - Delivering on Admission and Student retention targets for each campus and across the group to ensure revenue targets are achieved.  - Implementing efficient processes and driving efficiency across the group to manage the cost and deliver on the EBITDA targets  - Driving stakeholder satisfaction via a variety of corporate and unit level initiatives to have a happy stakeholder community comprising of satisfied parents, students, teaching and non-teaching staff  - Building a culture of innovation and social responsibility across the organization to help the company continuously re-invent itself and to be a responsible corporate citizen  - Implementing systems and process for efficient management, reporting regularly on key performance parameters of the business  The Successful Applicant -   Candidate must have 10+ years of experience in a SBU Head/COO/CEO or similar role. Since this role involves managing different campuses ensuring customer satisfaction, preference is towards a candidate who comes with a flair of operation and sales.  Ideally looking for a candidate who has:  - Experience in building, strengthening and leading a large cross-functional team comprising of diverse set of people and effectively managing their performance to drive organizational growth  - Demonstrated abilities to handle the P and L of a medium size business with multiple remote business units - driving profitability via revenue growth and efficient utilization of resources  - Experience in handling the operations of a service oriented business unit with extremely high focus on driving employee and customer satisfaction  - Experience of Education business is a plus but is not a requirement  - Efficient communicator combining high degree of discretion, mature judgment, interpersonal, problem solving and mentoring skills  - Self-starter and go-getter who is able to himself/herself able to identify potential areas of improvement in the organization and drive change  - Team player and relationship manager who can work closely with people from diverse educational and professional backgrounds  What's on Offer :   - Excellent compensation  - Opportunity to be a part of the core management team of an extremely profitable organization
