Deputy Business Head/Vice President - Hydro & Tunnels Construction Business Vertical

As the Business Head of the Hydro & Tunnel construction business, you will be responsible for the P&L of the business & for providing strategic leadership and direction to ensure the successful planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects. Your role involves overseeing all aspects of the business unit, from project acquisition and client relations to team management and financial performance.

Strategic Planning and Execution:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive business strategy to achieve the business unit's goals and objectives.

- Identify market trends, opportunities, and potential risks to enable strategic decision-making.

- Lead the development of annual business plans and ensure alignment with overall company objectives.

Financial Management:

- Develop and manage the business unit's budget, ensuring financial performance aligns with organizational goals.

- Analyze financial reports, identify trends, and implement strategies for cost control and profitability.

- Make data-driven decisions to optimize resource allocation and improve financial outcomes.

Project Acquisition and Client Relations:

- Oversee the identification and pursuit of new business opportunities, including project bids and proposals.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.

Project Management:

- Provide leadership and guidance to project managers to ensure successful project delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.

- Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.

Regulatory Compliance:

- Stay informed about industry regulations, building codes, and safety standards for tunnel construction.
