Role Overview:

As Deputy Business Head, you will be responsible for driving business growth, operational excellence, and client satisfaction across luxury catering and banqueting verticals.

This is a senior leadership role requiring both strategic vision and hands-on management of end-to-end operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and oversee large-scale catering and banqueting operations, ensuring seamless execution of luxury events.

- Drive business expansion through new client acquisition, partnerships, and brand visibility.

- Ensure high service quality and operational standards in line with global luxury hospitality benchmarks.

- Develop, mentor, and manage cross-functional teams for efficiency and excellence.

- Collaborate with clients, celebrities, corporates, and premium stakeholders to deliver exceptional experiences.

- Oversee P&L, budgets, cost control, and profitability of catering & banqueting divisions.

- Introduce innovation in food service, event design, and hospitality trends to enhance brand positioning.

Candidate Profile:

- 10+ years of experience in Catering & Banqueting (preferably from 5-star hotels or reputed catering companies).

- Proven expertise in luxury hospitality, event management, and large-scale banquets.

- Strong business development and client relationship management skills.

- Excellent leadership and operational management capabilities.

- Ability to work in dynamic environments with exposure to celebrity and premium clientele.
