Depository Participant Operations Role - Bank

Responsibilities:

- Managing the daily Operations across various products such as Mutual Funds, Equity PMS,AIF, Structured Products & Other Products.

- Monitoring The BOD & EOD process for MFs, PMS, AIFs, etc.

- Mutual funds data updating i.e., is transaction Updating in NAV Updating, Brokerage feeds Updating, Bank statement reconciliation, Brokerage reconciliation & Aum Reconciliation MF Transactions feeds reconciliation

- PMS Operation function saleable holding reconciliation, Equity Transaction Feeds updating, P & L statement verification, TDS calculation, passing journal entries, new client KYC verification & record updating in software.

- Bonds & FD's NFO presentation and brokerage reconciliation.

- Mutual funds & PMS AUM reports regarding the gaps in funds Transfer reports

- Reporting of Clients Report, with coordination with RM,

- Resolving the query raised by client & RM

- Coordinating with RM & SRM for the client data.

- Mutual Funds online queries related software, Dividend & redemption payout, funds statement.

- Review suspense entries in the Back office system, Check BSE rejections reports,

- RTA interaction with Cams & Karvy for transaction, Nav & Brokerage Feeds, AUM.

- Tax related queries resolution for product like Mutual funds, PMS, Bonds & Fixed Deposits

- Branch, Region & Sub brokers queries resolution

- Handling queries related to NFO's of Bonds, Mutual funds & Fixed Deposits

- Interaction with AMC's.

- Resolving Queries with Vendors.

- Handling End to End audit functions.

- Ensuring various regulatory reports in a timely manner

Qualifications: MBA, CA, CS

Years of Experience: Minimum 5-7 Years

Technical Competencies: Extensive knowledge of BSE Star MF.

- {referable experience on DION MF Back-office platform.

- Extensive knowledge of managing the Operations processes for the WM business.

- Strong understanding of regulatory requirement and regulations related to mutual funds, private equity funds, portfolio management services, Alternate Investments Funds etc. along with global regulations such as FATCA.

- Understanding of custodial services, Settlement of financial products in the industry.

- Understanding of Regulatory reporting and Audit process for MFD distributors.
