Department Head - Plant Safety

Qualification - fulltime BE - Mechanical /Electrical engineering

Target - Manufacturing /Automotive companies

Role - To head Plant Safety for 5000+ manpower plant

- Safety for Engineering /Systems/ Chemical/Processes

- Safety Standards, Legal compliances implementation experience is a must

- Qualified Safety Officer from GOI /Regional Govt

- Working as Head Safety department in a manufacturing / automotive company

- Should have experience of plant with 5000+ workforce labor

- Govt agencies Liasioning experience, connections with MH government departments is very important

- Marathi language speaking is a must

- Emergency response incident management experience is important

- Statutory authorities independent handling is important and ISO audits

- Fire Safety / Fire engineering/ Fire prevention measures and Diploma is important

- Wellness and Health Programs a important KPI

- Safety trainings /Safety programs conducting is one of KPIs

- Candidate not to exceed 45 years of age. Ideal would be 40+ yrs.

- MH domicile

- Dual reporting to Plant head and Vertical head
