Role: Department Head - F&A (CA: 9 yrs+)

Job Location : Nagda, Madhya Pradesh- Accommodation

Role and Responsibilities:

1. Finance & Accounting: Organize and control the Finance & Accounts activities of the Unit to ensure compliance of financial systems & facilitate timely closing of company accounts

2. Working Capital Management: Effectively manage Working Capital in order to minimize interest cost

3. MIS, Planning & Budgeting & Capex: Ensure timely preparation of MIS, Financial, Planning & Budgeting, evaluation of Capex and other reports for effective & timely decision making by Management

4. Direct, Indirect Taxation and Commercial laws: Ensure timely and accurate compliance with various laws and explore and avail all Incentives and Tax benefits

5. Business Continuity Risk Management and Insurance: Timely preparation & coordinate review of various risks and prepare effective mitigation plans thereof and ensure full coverage of risk with minimum premium outgo.

6. Process Improvement & Statutory Compliances: Ensure compliances of relevant statute of the Department as well as implementation of relevant CFD SOPs

7. System Management (Safety, Sustainability & WCM): To facilitate roadmap implementation of Safety & Sustainability sub-committees so as to improve compliance levels

8. People Development: Maintain a congenial work culture by effective management of people to improve productivity, growth & motivation levels of employees to institutionalize best organizing practices in the Unit

9. Logistic and Scrap Management Committee. Optimization of Cost and integration of resources.
