NBS (NetBusiness Solutions (I) Ltd. was founded on 2000. Earlier it was in to SAP training, support & implementation, corporate training, BI & OpenText practice and Staffing services.

Now it is only into staffing services, primarily contractual though one-time also.

Business is mainly of contract staffing of IT resources. Internal staff is 20 and contract staff is 425+.

Job Description:

- NBS is desirous of creating another independent division for contractual staffing (Though permanent placement can also be done but mainly it should be contractual staffing) with new clients and new team members.

- NBS is looking for person with approx. 15-20 years' experience out of which approx. 10 years should be as Head of the division.

- Position is for Mumbai so person should be from Mumbai.

- It will be work from office.

- Person should be having ready clients and come on board with clients and who can drive business to the tune of approx. 15 cores to start with.

- Person will be required to build his own team of recruiters and BDM's.

- Person can work on any vertical.

- But business should be mainly of contract staffing.

- Business should be domestic to start with.
