Key Responsibilities
- Goal Setting & Planning
- Develop and execute annual sales plans and targets in collaboration with distributors, aligned to company objectives.
- Prepare a comprehensive promotion calendar by region and outlet type.
- Determine activation materials and investment levels based on outlet potential.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and company warehouses.
- Monitoring, Analysis & Reporting
- Supervise and guide Sales Team, ensuring target achievement.
- Track daily sales performance and forecast sales trends.
- Monitor distributor KPIs, fill rates, and market execution quality.
- Conduct regular market visits and audits to ensure in-store excellence.
- Maintain and analyze databases at distributor, outlet, and SKU levels.
- Business Development
- Drive geographic expansion and identify new business opportunities.
- Conduct training sessions for the salesforce on business development, new SKUs, and promotional activities.
- Implement DILO (Day in the Life Of) reviews to enhance sales effectiveness.
- Support distributors in route planning and execution.
- Assist in deploying market intelligence tools.
- Oversee the recruitment of Junior Sales Officers and manage third-party manpower agencies.
