Denzour Nutrition - Performance Marketing Specialist

At Denzour Nutrition, one of Indias fastest-growing sports nutrition brands, were looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who can take our paid campaigns to the next level and drive measurable growth. Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and YouTube Ads to maximize ROI.

- Develop growth-focused strategies that deliver brand growth of 100%+ YoY, higher revenue, and improved customer acquisition.

- Reduce ACoC while ensuring ROI improves 4x through continuous testing and optimization.

- Conduct A/B testing of creatives, audiences, and messaging to improve conversion rates across all campaigns.

- Launch and scale ads for new product categories and product segments with targeted

strategies.

- Continuously analyze performance metrics, prepare detailed reports, and share actionable insights for business decisions.

- Collaborate with creative/content teams to design high-performing ad assets.

- Stay updated on platform algorithms, policies, and industry trends to keep campaigns compliant and competitive.

Requirements:

- 5-7 years of proven experience in performance marketing.

- Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads management, and YouTube Ads (certifications preferred).

- Proven success in driving measurable sales growth, reducing acquisition costs, and optimizing campaigns for higher ROI and conversions.

- Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in Google Analytics and tracking tools.

- Experience in e-commerce, D2C, nutrition, or fitness industry will be a strong plus.
