Key Responsibilities:


- Collaborate closely with the Head of Paid Social to develop, refine, and promote the overall strategy and approach to the Paid Social channel.

- Ensure the adoption of best practices and continuous innovation across all Paid Social marketing activities to maintain competitive advantage.

- Manage and nurture client relationships at a senior level, serving as the primary point of escalation for client concerns and ensuring client satisfaction.

- Oversee multiple large and complex client accounts, developing overarching strategies and setting ambitious goals for the team to achieve.

- Lead, mentor, and develop direct reports, taking full accountability for the growth and success of the team.

- Conduct forecasting and manage annual and monthly budgets, driving account growth and improving profitability.

- Support new business development initiatives by contributing strategic insights and participating in pitch processes as needed.

Qualifications:


- Extensive experience in performance marketing, with a strong focus on paid social channels and managing complex client portfolios.

- Proven leadership skills, with experience managing and developing teams to achieve high performance.

- Strategic mindset with the ability to innovate and drive best practices in a fast-evolving digital marketing landscape.

- Exceptional client management and communication skills, capable of handling escalations and fostering long-term relationships.

- Strong financial acumen with experience in budget forecasting and profitability management.

- Demonstrated success in contributing to new business development and growth.
