DENTSU - Senior Manager - Solutions

- Lead the end-to-end solution design and delivery for complex client projects.

- Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams to define solution strategies and align them with business goals.

- Develop technical proposals, architecture documents, and solution blueprints for clients.

- Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with industry best practices.

- Provide technical leadership and guidance to solution architects, developers, and project teams.

- Conduct technical reviews, risk assessments, and feasibility studies for proposed solutions.

- Partner with clients to understand requirements, assess technical challenges, and provide innovative solutions.

- Drive process improvements, standardization, and adoption of best practices across the solutions team.

- Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 10-15 years of experience in solution architecture, technology consulting, or solution management.

- Strong expertise in enterprise application design, cloud solutions, and technology frameworks.

- Experience with client engagement, requirements gathering, and pre-sales support.

- Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), microservices architecture, and integration technologies.

- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience in project delivery and cross-functional team leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

- Professional certifications in cloud platforms, solution architecture, or project management.

- Familiarity with industry-specific solutions (e.g., fintech, healthcare, retail).

- Experience with agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
