This role is responsible to implement and supervise digital media activities for the assigned brands.
As a representative of Dentsu, the personnel will aid its clients in delivering value for campaigns by means of conceptualization and implementation of strategies & campaigns thereby contributing to overall brand management and achieving excellence in its expectation with the team.
Job Summary: As the Senior Business Director of Marketing Effectiveness, your role is integral to shaping our team's strategic direction, assuming full ownership of the overarching insights and analysis discipline within the dynamic market.
Your expertise will be crucial in fostering collaboration across diverse channels, ensuring a cohesive and strategic response to meet our client's marketing objectives.
Job Title: Senior Business Director Marketing Effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Execute Strategic Roadmap:
- Formulate and execute a comprehensive strategic roadmap for marketing effectiveness.
- Incorporate methodologies such as marketing measurement, simulation/forecasting, and scenario planning.
- Drive tangible business outcomes through a well-defined and actionable strategy.
Harmonize Online and Offline Channel Performance:
- Leverage marketing analytics to seamlessly harmonize online and offline perspectives of channel performance.
- Utilize MMM, MTA, test & control methodologies to present a unified, cross-channel view of marketing performance and attribution.
- Derive actionable insights to inform strategic decision-making.
Client Data Acquisition:
- Facilitate clients in acquiring essential data for participation in the ROI Engine.
- Ensure a thorough understanding of client needs and goals to tailor data acquisition processes accordingly.
Collaborate with the Media Team:
- Collaborate closely with the Media team to craft cross-channel measurement plans and KPIs.
- Consider business nuances like campaign objectives (e., performance vs. awareness) to ensure effective measurement strategies.
Drive Evolution of Measurement Practices:
- Propel the evolution and acceleration of measurement practices.
- Introduce innovative test designs to ensure continual learning and adaptation to industry shifts.
Refine and Enhance Analytics Models:
- Continuously refine and enhance marketing analytics and optimization models.
- Work closely with the data science team to adapt models to shifts in the business landscape.
Develop Replicable Models and Tools:
- Develop replicable models, tools, and templates that are scalable and universally applicable across clients.
- Ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of measurement tools for seamless implementation.
Ad Hoc Analysis and Decision Support:
- Address requests for ad hoc analysis to guide business decisions.
- Inform marketing budget allocation through comprehensive analysis and insights.
Lead Innovative Analytics Solutions:
- Lead the ideation and execution of innovative analytics solutions.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous innovation.
Key Skills/Experience Required:
- Bachelor's degree in business, economics, data, strategy, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Over 7 years of hands-on experience in marketing effectiveness and performance analytics, preferably in a consulting firm.
- More than 3 years of technical expertise in statistics and modeling using R, Python, SAS within large-scale computing environments and datasets.
- Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and frameworks.
- Familiarity with BI report development tools, such as Tableau, is preferred.
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and influencing skills at all organizational levels.
- Robust critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Exposure to cloud computing platforms (e. , AWS, Azure).
