Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive account strategies in partnership with the client and Paid Social Director, driving the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs).

- Take full ownership of the operational success of assigned accounts, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.

- Lead client strategy development and manage key campaign efficiencies to optimize performance and outcomes.

- Serve as the primary day-to-day subject matter expert (SME) and point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and providing strategic guidance.

- Plan and identify growth opportunities within accounts, collaborating closely with Account Directors to expand client partnerships.

- Foster strong, collaborative relationships across Client Services teams and other channel specialists to ensure integrated campaign success.

Qualifications:


- Proven experience in managing paid social media campaigns and client accounts, preferably in a senior account management role.

- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate client goals into actionable plans and measurable results.

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a client-focused mindset.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead cross-functional teams effectively.

- Proficiency with paid social platforms, analytics tools, and campaign management best practices.
