DENTSU - Manager - Marketing & Communication

Description: The purpose of this role is to provide leadership to the marketing department by evaluating and developing marketing strategies, planning and coordinating marketing efforts, communicating the marketing plans to stakeholders, building awareness and positioning for our company's brands.

Job Description:

Key responsibilities:

- Oversees the marketing department function, teams and resources.

- Evaluates and develops the overarching vision, marketing strategy and goals.

- Builds brand awareness and positioning.

- Supports sales and lead generation efforts.

- Plans, directs and communicates the marketing plan.

- Researches market, demand, competition and growth opportunities.

- Identifies audience, customer profiles and journeys, product and service packaging and pricing.

- Creates and manages budget, profit and loss, optimises the return on investment.

- Develops and manages integrated marketing and advertising campaigns.

- Identifies KPIs, measures and improves marketing performance.

- Evaluates, updates and maintains the marketing technology stack and adoption.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Proven experience in marketing leadership or management roles.

- Strong expertise in marketing strategy, brand building, and campaign execution.

- Excellent understanding of audience segmentation, customer journeys, and integrated

marketing communication.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.

- Experience managing budgets, KPIs, and ROI-focused marketing initiatives.

- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Familiarity with marketing technology tools (CRM, automation, analytics platforms, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in B2B, technology, or service-based industries.

- Knowledge of digital marketing, content strategy, PR, and corporate communications.

- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a global or matrix environment.
